The Hit Fit recreational program is just what it says it is, hit and get fit all in an easy to comprehend format so that anyone can box like a champion. Combining basic strikes, head movement, and footwork, become your absolute best in classes which also feature strength and conditioning for an awesome total body workout.
Description
Classes revolve around circuit training so that after 10 minutes of warm ups and flexibility students then rotate through 4-5 three minutes on one minute off conditioning stations.
Building strength, stamina, and coordination, stations consist of a variety of activities which include dumbbell & kettlebell exercises, battle ropes, medicine/slam ball work, stationary bike, plyometric box routines, TRX conditioning, resistance bands, and so much more.
Upon completing the conditioning portion individuals break 5 minutes to recover as well as put on protective hand wraps to ready for Hit Fit training. Heading to the mirror section of the facility practitioners proceed to cover the very basics of boxing to build the foundation upon which we’ll help you to become your absolute best.
Provided simple to understand instructions in what is a genuinely supportive environment, we first introduce students to proper stance and alingment. Next comes striking technique where members learn to rotate feet, hips, and shoulders so as to put one’s entire body into combination punches which are taught by the numbers.
Follow that up with head movement and footwork and then we begin to put it all together for a serious cardiovascular workout as it must be emphasized that although anyone can punch not everyone can dance. That’s to say we’ll show you how to glide across the floor to land a variety of well placed punches to body and head.
Just know that our well versed coaching staff will guide you every step of the way as learn to execute the skills and drills of the All-Time Greats to in no time at all obtain maximum enjoyment, as well as maximum fitness.

No equipment necessary as we’ll provide training gloves during your initial visit if needed afterwhich we sell new gloves and hand wraps should you choose to sign on. Just bring water and a bit of attitude and at your own pace feel free to unleash the champion within we’ll be in your corner.
Please Note: No STREET SHOES OR FOOD ALLOWED IN THE GYM. You must check shoes worn outside at the door and carry in clean boxing, wrestling, or tennis shoes.
